My Fitness Journey

Fitness and wellness has always been a big part of my life, but it hasn’t always come easy. Like many of us, Ive dealt with my fair share of struggles along my fitness journey. I’ve dealt with various health challenges, chronic fatigue and pain that made it hard to stay consistent. I learned that not listening to my body and pushing too hard can lead to cycles of burnout— and that’s something I want to help you avoid!

Through trail and error, I discovered the importance of listening to my body, training smarter, and building a routine that supports both strength and longevity. I’ve now created a healthier relationship with movement. I have a more well rounded routine that allows my body to move in different ways, that includes strength training, yoga, and mobility.

I originally began my education pursuing nursing while earning my associate’s degree. However, my passion for fitness was always there, and I realized I wanted to build a career that combined my for helping others with my passion for fitness. My education gave me a strong foundation in understanding the human body, and since then, I’ve continued expanding my knowledge in fitness through ongoing learning and hands-on experience.

My Approach

I know fitness can feel overwhelming—there’s so much information out there, and it’s hard to know where to start. I believe in a well-rounded, holistic approach. I’m passionate about helping others avoid the confusion and frustration.

When we work together, the focus is on achieving your goals while respecting what your body needs. I don’t believe in extreme programs for quick fixes. I believe in sustainable training that encourages progress and recovery.

I’ll guide you back to the basics of health and fitness. I’ll teach you the fundamental movement patterns and correct form, to improve strength, mobility, stability and over all health. All while making your fitness journey enjoyable and transformative.

When I’m not training or working on my business, you’ll find me experimenting with new healthy recipes, going on walks with my two Pomeranians or diving into whatever craft project I’m currently obsessed with. I’m a big fan of being outdoors—camping, hiking or just unplugging. I also love exploring new worlds through books, tv-shows or traveling whenever I can get the chance!
